Housefull 5: Akshay Kumar to reunite with Deepika Padukone, John Abraham and Riteish Deshmukh for the comic caper?

Akshay Kumar, Bobby Deol and Riteish Deshmukh starrer Housefull 4, which released this Diwali has turned out to be a huge money-spinner at the ticket windows. The reincarnation comedy raked in over Rs 200 crore and became the highest grosser in the franchise. Now, the producer of the film Sajid Nadiadwala is planning to make the fifth installment more grander and bigger by taking all the cast from the previous 4 parts. Yes, you have read that right, Housefull 5 might have the huge ensemble cast comprising of Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, Riteish Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Abhishek Bachchan, Kriti Sanon, Bobby Deol, Kriti Kharbanda and Pooja Hegde.

A source close to the development told Mumbai Mirror, "The basic premise of all the Housefull films results from confusion between three couples. For part five, Sajid wants to throw five couples into the mix to amp up the fun by five times." The source further added "Since the film demands a huge ensemble, it is essential to get coordinated bulk dates from all the actors. There will be clarity on the shoot schedule and the release date only when the script is locked."

So, by looking the huge scale and star cast, we are sure that if Housefull 5 comes up with star cast, it will emerge as one of the biggest blockbusters of Bollywood. Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar is currently busy with the promotions of Good Newwz, which also stars Kareena Kapoor, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani in key roles. It is set to hit the screens on December 27.
