Sara Ali Khan asks Rohit Shetty for a role in the next Golmaal film and the Director has an epic reply – watch video

Sara Ali Khan collaborated with Rohit Shetty in her second film - Simmba. The masala cop-actioner starred Ranveer Singh in the lead role. But Sara is not content with just one film with the director. The young star in the making expressed her wish to be a part of another hit franchise of Rohit Shetty's. The franchise of Golmaal or just the name Golmaal synonyms with the director and Sara has expressed her desire to be a part of the franchise. The director's reply to the same will leave you in splits.

It so happened that on the season finale of Movie Masti with Maniesh Paul, Sara Ali Khan, and Rohit Shetty had turned up as guests. There Sara asked Rohit if he has found a heroine for his next Golmaal film. "Golmaal ke liye aapko koi heroine mili hai sir? (Have you found an actor for Golmaal sir?)" she asked the director, who in turn replied, "Jab bhi Golmaal banegi, aap hi ko lunga (If and when the film is made, I will take you)." he went on to add, "Zee waalon ne bola hai ke beech beech mein mazaak bhi karna (Zee has told me to keep cracking jokes here and there)."

On the work front, Sara will next be seen in Imtiaz Ali's Aaj Kal alongside with Kartik Aaryan. It is scheduled to hit the screens on February 14, 2020, during Valentine's Day weekend. The movie is a sequel to the director's hit film, Love Aaj Kal. It has been shot in Delhi, Rajasthan and in Mumbai. The film will clash with Ayushmann Khurrana's Shubh Mangal Zyada Savdhaan and Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani starrer Malang at the box office. Meanwhile, the remake of Coolie No 1 will release on May 1st next year. She also has the remake of Coolie No 1 with Varun Dhawan.
