Dabangg 3 box office collection day 1 early estimates: Salman Khan's masala entertainer takes a good opening

Salman Khan's highy anticipated masala entertainer Dabangg 3, which hit the screens yesterday, has enjoyed a good first day at the box office. Though the collections aren't of Salman Khan's level as it got majorly affected due to CAA protests across the country. As per the early estimates, Dabangg 3 has raked in around Rs 24 crore on its first day at the ticket windows. These numbers would have been great for any other film or star but for a Salman Khan it is just ok or good at the most. Well we, hope the situation in country gets better over these protests, so that people can fearlessly step out of their homes.

The third installment of the popular franchise is directed by Prabhudheva and also stars Saiee Manjrekar, Sonakshi Sinha, Arbaaz Khan and Kichcha Sudeepa in key roles.

Talking about the reviews, our critic Russel D'Silva gave the film 3.5 stars and wrote, "All in all, Dabangg 3 is 'mazedaar', 'dhamakedaar', 'dumdaar', 'zordaar', and above all, full-on 'masaledaar', just as a Salman Khan movie should be. It's a proper Salman Khan mass film after some time and should set the theaters, especially single screens, on fire." He also praised Salman Khan's performance by writing, "Salman Khan, Salman Khan and Salman Khan. He's back just as how we love watching him, and sends us on a rollercoaster ride with each little mannerism to every punchline to his scene-stealing action sequences. Salman plays to the galley with gleeful abandon after ages, and reminds us why he's one of the world's most beloved superstars. Love him or hate him, you can't escape his infectious Dabangg charm in a role he was born to play not even a better actor can do justice to Chulbul Pandey."
