The first song from Mahesh Babu's next, Sarileru Neekevvaru, titled Mind Block, released this week. It's a massy, foot-tapping number that is climbing the charts with each passing day. Mind Block is sung by Blaaze and Ranina Reddy while the lyrics are penned by Sri Mani and DSP, who has also given the music.

Sivakarthikeyan's next, Doctor, went on floors on Friday. It also stars Priyanka Mohan and Yogi Babu in key roles. The production house shared the image of a pooja from the first day on the sets of the film, thereby revealing that filming has begun.

Venkatesh doubles his fees

If reports are to be believed, Venkatesh Daggubati has doubled his fees from Rs 5 crore to Rs 10 crore per film. Apart from that, the satellite rights of the films that are being produced under his home banner will now be owned by him alone. Given the fact that Venkatesh has been in the industry for three decades, he deserves it.
