Jawaani Jaaneman's Alaya F talks about her art: People see a lot of detailing in it

After Salman Khan, Bhagyashree and Sonakshi Sinha, it seems Bollywood is has found another artist. Alaya F, who will soon make her acting debut along with Saif Ali Khan in Jawaani Jaaneman, is also an artist. Alaya has been sketching for a long time, and has also enrolled for an art class, a report in Mirror states. "I would doodle during really long lectures. The teachers encouraged me as it helped me focus and I answered their questions," she recalled.

Not just this, Alaya has also won the prestigious Balak Ratna National Art Awards, when she was in the ninth grade. "My art teacher asked me to make a nice drawing of 'Mother Nature'. A few days later, she surprised me with the news that I had won an award. The school felicitated me. I have won many awards internationally in writing too," Alaya told the daily.

Talking about painting and sketching being her stressbusters, Alaya said, "Each piece takes hours, even days of work. They are not too large but super intricate. I love drawing, it calms me down. I love reading too, but I don't get much time for that now, so, it's just doodling," Alaya revealed also adding that during the making of Jawaani Jaaneman, she would often start sketching when she felt anxious about the next day's shoot.

Interestingly, Alaya's mother Pooja Bedi, gave her one of the rooms in the house as a studio for her art work. She also wishes to master the art of doodling. "I think doodling. People say about my work that it's not mere doodling as they see a lot of detailing in it."

Alaya revealed that she could not discuss her passion for art with Salman Khan, whom she recently meet during the Bigg Boss shoot. "Briefly. I didn't show him anything, but I am sure I will, soon."
