Worst Dressed: Kangana Ranaut, Vidya Balan, Regina Cassandra fail to touch the sartorial highs

In life, mostly the bad days are more than good ones. The same funda applied to the fashion outings this week. Very few celebrities failed to impress us with their choice of outfits. It was disappointing as we did see a sufficient amount of activity in tinsel-town from song launches to birthday parties. Here is a look at celebs who failed to impress...

Kangana Ranaut

The actress is busy promoting her film, Panga, and we are seeing her in a number of Indian ensembles. She wore a blush pink outfit from Anamika Khanna for one of the promotional rounds. The outfit was in a blush pink and gold. She teamed it with huge earrings. It was a very blah look. We did not like the makeup and the hairdo either. This kaftan-style kurta and skirt did not do any justice to her. We have seen Kangana Ranaut do so much better.

Vidya Balan

Vidya Balan wore a red saree with a purple blouse for an event. We love Vidya in sarees but this look was boring to some other level. As always, she looked radiant till her neck. However, the outfit left a lot to be desired. She has been having a good run of late but the last couple of appearances are pretty disappointing.

Regina Cassandra

The stunning South Indian actress wore a blue shimmering gown from Design by Blue Print for an awards show. The colour looked great on her but the plunging neckline came across as awkward. Regina carried it off gracefully but the tacky glittering lining that created a semi-sheer effect was a disaster.

Deepika Padukone

Deepika Padukone looks gorgeous in sarees but her recent appearance in a yellow Anamika Khanna saree did not impress us as much. The only saving grace seemed her hairdo.

Hina Khan

She does not get it wrong on most occasions but this outfit from Papa Don't Preach was a dampener. It didn't even look great on camera. The entire look was a total no-no.
