Bigg Boss 13 winner Sidharth Shukla opens up on claims of the show being biased towards him

Sidharth Shukla is one of the most talked celebs in the current times. The actor who featured in Bigg Boss 13 went on to bag the trophy of the thirteenth season of the most controversial reality TV show. The actor has been keeping low for a while making only selective public appearances. Naturally, after being locked up in the house for four months, one has to take a detox, breathe and let everything fall into place. Yesterday, the Dil Se Dil Tak actor met with the media for his first-ever interaction after winning the show.

SpotboyE sat down for an interview with the actor and asked him the most pertinent question which is his reaction to the reports of the winner being fixed by the channel. For those who are living under the rock, there has been fan war going between Asim Riaz's fans and Sidharth Shukla's fans. Asim's fans have said that the channel announced the Sidharth Shukla as the winner despite Asim having more votes. Well, when asked about the same, Sidharth said, "No, to be very honest, I haven't really read it. But, I just feel that its a very looserly statement to pass. And I don't think that anyone who is in the house has ever felt like that. There wasn't any discrimination. Everybody had things, you know like the support systems coming to the house and staying with them. A lot of things were happening with everyone."

He went on to add saying, "I really don't think that is the case. And it's really sad that people happen to say, I think its a classic case where grapes are sour (used to refer to an attitude in which someone adopts a negative attitude to something because they cannot have it themselves). he told the entertainment portal.

Later when asked that fans also claimed that the channel and even Salman Khan, the host of the show was very biased towards him, Sidharth said, "I really don't think so. Because, agar aap dekhenge to do baar nominations me mujhe daala gaya, do-do baar ke liye. Agar aapne wo files bhi dekhi hongi toh I wasn't the one who started it. In fact they have been the strictest with me. Kyunki jab mujhe koi nudge kare, mujhe provoke kiya gaya hai, tab main wo retaliate kiya hai."
