Coronavirus pandemic: Amitabh Bachchan is all praises for those who stood together to applaud during #JantaCurfew

The Coronavirus pandemic has been a shock for the whole world. People have been in a panic situation all over the world. In India too, the coronavirus cases have been rising. The Government has asked people to stay indoors and schools, colleges, offices, malls, theatres, gyms have been shut down. The shoots of films, television shows have all been stopped. Celebrities have been sharing videos on how one should keep themselves safe and clean in this situation. On March 22, the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi had ordered the citizens to observe a #JantaCurfew and had also asked everyone to come out in their balconies, windows at 5 pm to applaud the essential service providers who are working and fighting against Coronavirus amid the lockdown. India did follow what their Prime Minister had said and there was complete lockdown in the country.

People did come out and we saw the whole nation today stood as one and applauded. Many celebrities, political leaders too joint. It was a mesmerizing evening. We also saw Amitabh Bachchan doing this bit for the nation with his whole family. Later the megastar took to his Twitter to appreciated all those who stood together to applaud during #JantaCurfew. He wrote, "India has created HISTORY .. !! #JanataCurfew an unbelievable success .. and at 5 pm .. the entire country on their balconies roof tops gates and doors applauding the true heroes of the Nation .. NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS ! I AM PROUD TO BE AN INDIAN JAI HIND ??" Check out his tweet here:

 

On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in Brahmastra along with Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. He will also be seen in Chehre and Jhund.
