Throwback Thursday: When Thalaivar Rajinikanth and Thalapathy Vijay come together to create an iconic frame

Whenever we talk about fandom and crazy fan following in the south industry, the superstars whose names come in our mind are Thalaivar Rajinikanth, Thalapathy Vijay, Thala Ajith and Prabhas. These biggies enjoy an insane fan following even on social media, and despite not being active on the digital platforms, we see even a small announcement related to them becoming the top trend on Twitter. And now, we will show an old pic, which turned out to be an iconic frame as we see Thalapathy and Thalaivar in one frame with their smiling faces. This picture is a treat for all the fans and all cinema lovers.

The megastars have not shared screen space together in any film and we wish the duo signs a big film, which will definitely become an all-time blockbuster right from its announcement. Meanwhile, Thalapathy Vijay is currently gearing up for the release of Master, which is set to hit the screens in April. The film is directed by Kaithi helmer Lokesh Kanagaraj and also stars Vijay Sethupathi and Malavika Mohanan in key roles.

On the other hand, Rajinikanth is busy with the shooting of Annaatthe, which is directed by Viswasam, Vedalam and Vivegam helmer Siruthai Siva. The film is Rajinikanth's third association with production house Sun Pictures after their hit collaboration in the past with Enthiran and Petta. It also stars Keerthy Suresh, Nayanthara, Meena and Khushboo in key roles while Gopichand has come on board to play the lead antagonist in the film. The film is set to hit the screens in Diwali and will clash with another biggie, which is Thala Ajith's Valimai at the box office. This will be the second clash between Thalaivar Rajinikanth and Thala Ajith after Petta and Viswasam.
