Happy Birthday, Varun Dhawan: Coolie No 1 actor has started praying twice a day for THIS reason

Varun Dhawan celebrates his 33rd birthday today and like many before, the Street Dancer 3D stars will have a quarantined and a quite birthday. Well, these are strange yet trying times owing to the Coronavirus pandemic but the actor is making most out of his lockdown days. What with shooting a digital show from home to cooking and binging on the old classics. Amidst the lockdown, the Dishoom actor will celebrate his birthday in the most special manner.

A source close to Varun Dhawan told Mumbai Mirror about his quarantine birthday plans. "Varun will be giving money and food to daily wage workers, making the day special for them as well," the source revealed adding that apart from contributing to PM and CM's relief fund the actor has also joined hands with Tata Trust to supply food daily to doctors, medical staff and those who are homeless or jobless due to lockdown.

Meanwhile, Varun's daily routine has changed a lot. The actor has learned to make a perfect omelette at home. He is also following a workout plan religiously. But there's something that the Main Tera Hero actor has started again, and that is praying, "He has been under a lot of stress after learning that four people he knew have tested positive. Fortunately, they have all recovered and this has reaffirmed his faith in God. Like he had as a child, Varun has started praying again, once in the morning and once before going to the bed," the source revealed the reason.

When evenings are free, Varun joins his childhood friends to play games online. He is also spending a lot of time with his niece who he loves dearly. The actor apart from Coolie No 1, Ekkis, is in talks with Sriram Raghavan and Karan Johar for other projects.
