Insta-stalker Alert: Not just an ace comedian, birthday boy Kapil Sharma is also a fantastic singer

Kapil Sharma is the most loved comedian in India and he celebrates his birthday today. The ace comedian rose to fame after winning the comedy reality television show, The Great Indian Laughter Challenge in 2007. Before this, he had worked in the Punjabi show Hasde Hasaande Ravo. He also participated in Comedy Circus and went on to win six seasons of the show. It was in 2013 that he launched his own show Comedy Nights with Kapil. The show was loved by the audience and in no time became the most-watched reality show. The TRPs of the show had been great and Kapil Sharma gained a huge fan following. For his amazing performance, he was felicitated with the Indian of the Year award in the entertainment category at CNN-IBN Indian of the Year awards 2013. Kapil Sharma soon made his Bollywood debut with Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karu in 2015. He received a lot of positive responses for his performance.

Kapil Sharma proved that he is an amazing actor as well through his debut film. In 2016 and 2017, Forbes India ranked him at 11th and 18th position respectively in their Celebrity 100 list. Kapil Sharma is known for his amazing comic timing and the way he turns a serious thing something funny. However, that is not just what Kapil Sharma is good at. The birthday boy also has a soulful voice. What many are unaware about is that Kapil Sharma always wanted to be a singer and musician. Singing is Kapil Sharma's first love and he loves to do it.
