Vijay Deverakonda thanks Karan Johar for his birthday wish, says; 'I can't wait for India to see what we are making'

Recently Arjun Reddy star, Vijay Deverakonda celebrated his birthday and we say all celebs wishing him on social and among them was ace filmmaker Karan Johar. The Tollywood actor thanked the filmmaker for his wish and expressed his excitement for his first Pan-India film, Fighter of which the Hindi version is presented by Dharma Productions. Vijay tweeted, "Karannn :) I can't wait for India to see what we are making and to celebrate it. And thank you for being you - warm, funny and whole heartedly supportive Hugging face I feel a responsibility to give you a massively memorable film. And I will Smiling face with smiling eyes??"

According to Mumbai Mirror, Vijay Deverakonda underwent hardcore training and followed a strict diet to prepare for his character. The Geetha Govindam star also visited Thailand to learn mixed martial arts and various other fight forms. In the film, Deverakonda will be seen flaunting six-pack abs. Apart from Vijay, Fighter will also feature Ananya Panday, Ronit Roy and Baahubali star Ramya Krishnan in pivotal roles. Talking about the film, Ronit informed a leading daily, "It is a pan-India action film that will feature a lot of mixed martial arts and will be shot extensively in the next six months.

The film is directed by Puri Jagannadh, who is known for delivering blockbusters like Badri, Pokiri, Desamuduru, Neninthe, Golimaar, Businessman, Temper, Iddarammayilatho and others.
