RIP Sushant Singh Rajput: Mahesh Shetty in deep shock says spokesperson as fans ask, 'Phone kyu nai uthaya aapne...'

This is shocking for the whole nation. Sushant Singh Rajput is no more. The talented young actor ended his life by hanging himself from the ceiling fan in his bedroom. Sushant Singh Rajput's last conversations were with his sister whom he called at around nine am. Then, he had a glass of juice and went to his bedroom. It seems he had called his friend, Mahesh Shetty last night but he did not pick up the call. After the demise of the actor, Mahesh Shetty has apparently gone into shock and has requested for time to grieve over this immense loss.

Many fans have asked the actor why he did not pick up the call if he was aware that Sushant Singh Rajput was suffering from clinical depression. It seems he was seeking treatment at Hinduja Hospital. Some months back, he was diagnosed with dengue and fell ill for a few weeks. A number of speculative stories are doing the rounds on social media. And many of them are in bad taste as well.

Sushant Singh Rajput began his career as a background dancer. He made a successful debut in TV with Kis Desh Main Hai Mera Dil where he played the role of Preet. But it was Manav from Pavitra Rishta who sealed a place in the hearts of TV audiences. His earnestness, innocence and charm floored people all over the country. He brought so much to the table as an actor. In his seven year long career, he did far fewer films as compared to his contemporaries. But whether it is Mansoor from Kedarnath or Anni from Chhichhore, he carved his niche amongst us. Our hearts go out to the family in this moment of grief.
