The Kapil Sharma Show: Sonu Sood to be the first guest on the show after resumption of shoots?

2020 has been very bad for all of us. A lot of things happened in the recent past, beginning with the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, and natural disasters like cyclone Amphan, Nisarga, Uttarakhand forest fire, Aurangabad tragedy, and the list can go on. A lot of people have also lost lives in the recent past. But life goes on and as they say, the show must go on. That brings us to one of the most loved TV shows of India, The Kapil Sharma Show. As per a report, Bollywood actor Sonu Sood will be the first guest on the show as soon as the shoot commences.

As per a report in entertainment portal, the Dabangg actor will be the first guest and this has got us pretty excited. Sonu has been a messiah for all the migrants in the country during the times of pandemic. He is the only actor who went beyond extremities to help people reach home safely by making transportation and other healthcare and essential facilities available.

Well, usually, we see The Kapil Sharma Show has celebrities promoting their films on the TV show. However, since the pandemic and lockdown, the release of Bollywood films have been stalled or the makers have taken their films to OTT platforms for release. Reports state that The Kapil Sharma Show will resume shooting from 24th June 2020 onwards.

Coming back to Sonu Sood, the actor had opened up on helping people. "I feel it is my duty to help the migrants, the heartbeats of our country. We have seen migrants walking on the highways with their families and kids. We just can't sit in the AC and tweet and show our concern till we don't go on the roads, till we don't become one of them. Otherwise, they will not have the trust that there is someone standing there for them. So I have been coordinating for their travels, for permissions from different states," Sonu Sood told IANS.
