She was selected by the makers after auditioning 5000 girls. This role not only bagged her appreciation and fame but also gave her accolades like Big Star Entertainment Awards as Most Entertaining Child Artist, Star Guild Awards for Best Child Artist, Best Child Artist in Stardust Awards and Screen Awards. She also got some nominations as well as awards. While the actress won everyone's hearts as the mute girl in the movie, she started her acting career with TV show, Qubool Hai. She played the childhood of the lead in the show and looked the prettiest. While the gorgeous cutie pie turns 12 today, her pictures prove that she is a born star.
