Barun Sobti, Rithvik Dhanjani, Karan Wahi, Varun Kapoor — who should replace Parth Samthaan in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2? — vote now

The czarina of television, Ekta Kapoor, has given us some iconic shows and she brought one of them back in 2018. We are talking about the beautiful love story of Anurag Basu and Prerna Sharma. Kasautii Zindagii Kay has been one of the most loved shows on television. Earlier, Shweta Tiwari and Cezanne Khan had played Prerna and Anurag. Now, Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes have impressed us as Anurag-Prerna. However, Parth Samthaan aka Anurag has decided to quit the show as he wants to focus on his health and other projects. A source close to Pinkvilla said, "Parth wants to now direct his attention towards his health and the other projects he is in talks with. Ekta Kapoor has been trying to persuade Parth into retaining (his role), but the actor has expressed his wish to opt out. The production, in the meantime, has already started to consider actors to step into Parth's shoes, but are finding it difficult." Now that the search for Anurag is on, we thought of asking fans who they would wish to see as Anurag Basu in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 amongst Barun Sobti, Rithvik Dhanjani, Karan Wahi and Varun Kapoor.

We have all see Barun Sobti's brilliant performance as Arnav Singh Raizada in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon as also in web series such as Asur. He has played a similar kind of role as Arnav, a big business tycoon. As per reports, Barun is also in talks with the makers of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 for the role. He could be the perfect choice to play Anurag Basu. Rithvik Dhanjani is popularly known as Arjun from Pavitra Rishta. Since then, we have seen him doing a lot of reality shows and web series. If he is finalised as Anurag Basu, it will be a treat for his fans to see him back doing serials. Karan Wahi can surely be a good choice to play Anurag, too. He has that intense look which is ideal to play Anurag. Karan and Erica's fresh pairing will also look amazing on-screen. Varun Kapoor, who is known for his role in Swaragini, may also be a part of the show. There have been a lot of reports stating that Varun might replace Parth as Anurag. Well he, too, has got that intense look, plus the cuteness to go with it.
