Sushant Singh Rajput Death: Mumbai Police claims that OP Singh wanted Samuel Miranda to be interrogated in an informal manner

The demise of Sushant Singh Rajput has left the nation in shock. Of late, a number of details around the deaths of Disha Salian, his former manager and him are tumbling out in the media. This has made the case extremely murky. And some of the details are quite shocking. The late actor's father, KK Singh filed a FIR in Patna in July and also revealed that he had sent a WhatsApp to Bandra Police in February saying that he feared for his son's life. The Police has said that no written complaint was filed by his family, which is why they did not act on the same. This has come under severe criticism on certain news channels and people have slammed the cops.

Paramjit Singh Dahiya said that late Sushant Singh Rajput's brother-in-law, OP Singh who is the police commissioner of Faridabad met him in February. It seems he wanted him to interrogate Rhea Chakraborty and Samuel Miranda on an informal basis. It seems Singh was in Mumbai in February for three days. He got hold of Dahiya's number from a batch-mate. He has told Mumbai Mirror, "It was clearly communicated that it would not be possible to initiate an inquiry without a written and formal complaint. The last message was on February 25, and I had called Singh and requested him to lodge a formal complaint. But he wanted to get it resolved informally. After this, he never contacted me in this regard and I was transferred from Bandra on April 1 this year. Singh never came forward with any complaints for the next four months."

Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging at his Mumbai residence on June 14. It seems he was undergoing treatment for bipolar disorder from Dr Kersi Chavda, one of the city's top mental health doctors. The petition will be up in Supreme Court today.
