Sushant Singh Rajput's brother-in-law warns legal action if the actor is used 'as a poster boy for mental health'

Since some days now, several celebs as also other common people have come forth in Bollywood news circles, tweeting hashtags like 'CBI for Sushant' and 'CBI Takes Over' as a sign of solidarity in the course of justice for Sushant Singh Rajput. Some among these, like Deepika Padukone, have also used the opportunity to spread word about mental-health awareness. However, this doesn't seem to have gone down well with the late actor's family. Now, Vishal Kirti, Sushant's brother-in-law, who's married to his US-based sister, Shweta Singh Kirti, has warned strict legal action again anyone using the actor "as a poster boy for mental health".

Taking to his official Twitter handle, Sushant Singh Rajput's brother-in-law posted a couple of stern messages that read: "@shwetasinghkirt and I don't endorse any commercialization in Sushant's name. If people are doing anything using Sushant's name, it should not be motivated by profit. The family has not endorsed any for-profit activity using Sushant's name. For any non-profit activity in Sushant's name, please get a written clearance from Sushant's father to prevent getting sued later. No to using Sushant as a poster boy for mental health awareness. If the family feels that they have been libeled by any organization or individual, they will pursue legal recourse." Read them here...
