Tuesday Trivia: Did you know THIS beautiful actress had a crush on birthday boy Suniel Shetty?

Bollywood's macho-man Suniel Shetty is celebrating his 59th birthday today and by looking at his physique and charm we can clearly say that age is just a number, at least for him. Known for his action avatar and bang on comic timing, the actor dominated 90s with his masala entertainers and blockbusters like Border, Shastra, Krishna, Mohra and others. We bet very few of you must have known that a gorgeous Bollywood beauty and his co-star, had a crush on him. We are talking about the actress, who featured with him in films like Bhai, Rakshak, Takkar, Sapoot, Gaddaar and Qahar. Yes, she is none other than Sonali Bendre. Reportedly, the actress couldn't help falling head over heels for macho-man Suniel Shetty, but she chose to remain a silent admirer. Well, isn't that a cute story? Interestingly, Suniel's close friend and actor Govinda had said if Suniel wouldn't have been married, he would have chosen Sonali as her partner.

The actor broke his image of action-hero and impressed us with his bang on comic timing with Hera Pheri. Though he revealed that it was Gopi Kishan, which paved way for comedy films for him. He said, "Before Gopi Kishan, no one wanted to cast me in a comedy film. I was only offered an action film. When Deepak Shivdasani offered me this role, I agreed." He further added, "It was a winning situation for me because it opened doors of comedy and then got many films like 'Hera Pheri'. Due to the double role in Gopi Kishan, I had to change the look." The actor also revealed that the dialogues of Gopi Kishan are still fresh in people's minds and hearts.

On the professional front, the actror was last seen in Rajinikanth starrer Darbar, in which he played the lead antagonist. The film was directed by AR Murugadoss and also featured Prateik Babbar, Dalip Tahil, Nayanthara and Yogi Babu in key roles.
