Karan Johar flies with kids Roohi and Yash for a small vacation to Goa

The Narcotics Control Bureau has been an on overdrive since few days. We have seen arrests being made in Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka. The detention of Rhea Chakraborty and her brother, Showik has revealed new names. So far, names of celebs like Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh have come up in the probe. Even the name of fashion designer Simone Khambatta has been apparently taken at the NCB. In the middle of this controversy, Karan Johar was seen at the domestic airport with his mom, Hiroo and the kids, Yash and Roohi. A couple of staff members were also seen with them.

Given the wave of negativity, people started speculating that Karan Johar might be leaving the country. As we know, there are tales of how 25 people from Bollywood are reportedly under the scanner of the Narcotics Control Bureau. However, sources have confirmed that he is taking his kids to Goa for a small break. And he is definitely not travelling abroad as per rumours. Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi are already in Goa for the shoot of Shakun Batra's next. We can imagine that Karan Johar might oversee the production as well.

Karan Johar had put out a long post on social media after the demise of Sushant Singh Rajput. The filmmaker wrote about how he often felt the need to reach out to the actor in the past one year. He said that his death made him realise that one needs to be more compassionate. People on social media did not take this lightly. They dug out old videos where KJo is seen allegedly poking fun at the late actor on his famous chat show. People were furious and slammed Karan Johar for being the torch-bearer of nepotism and unnecessarily condescending of a bright talent like late Sushant Singh Rajput.
