RIP SP Balasubrahmanyam: Did you know that the legendary singer told a sculptor to make his statue in advance?

The year 2020 is turning out to be a disaster. We do not know how much more we have to endure in the remaining three months. Legendary singer SP Balasubrahmanyam left the world for his heavenly abode on September 25, 2020. The singer has sung more than 40,000 songs in different languages. SP Balasubrahmanyam was battling coronavirus for more than a month. Though he recovered in between, his lungs were badly affected by the virus. His funeral happened on Saturday. Now an interesting report has come to the forefront. And fans are saying it relates to the late singer's strong sense of intuitions and foresight.

Many times SP Balasubrahmanyam has spoken of how he went by instinct, and his decisions changed his life for the better. As per a report in India Glitz, the beloved singer that ordered statues for his parents from popular sculptor, Rajkumar Vudayar. The man is based in East Godavari in Andhra Pradesh. SP Balasubrahmanyam's father S. P. Sambamurthy was a Harikatha artiste while his mom, Sakunthalamma was a homemaker. Rajkumar Vudayar said that SPB told him to make a statue of him as well. It seems he could not travel for the exact measurements, and instead sent his photos. The man said he had finished it and thought of personally handing it over after the pandemic ended. Now, his demise has come as a shock for me.

His son, SP Charan thanked fans for the never-ending love and concern shown towards his father on his dying days. He said, "I sincerely thank everyone who has been praying for my father's health for the last few weeks. My family and I will always cherish the concern and love showered on him." The legendary singer's was cremated at his farmhouse in Tamaraipakkam. Celebs from the world of films, sports and politics condoled his death. Well, he will always live on through his songs and wonderful personality!
