Sanjay Dutt to resume shooting for Prithviraj after Diwali

This is great news for all Sanjay Dutt fans for two reasons. The first being he will be seen acting again and the second is that his treatment is probably on track because of which he will be able to work. The actor will be resuming shoot for the YRF historical, Prithviraj, post-Diwali.

A close hand reveals, "Sanju has finished 85-90 percent of Prithviraj shoot already and he has just 5 to 6 days of shoot left. He has finished maximum portions of principle photography and he will be resuming the Prithviraj shoot immediately post Diwali. He has been a rockstar as he is finishing all his shooting commitments. The makers are planning this shoot basis this time window and will wrap up the entire film immediately."

Along with Sanjay, Prithviraj also stars Akshay Kumar and Manushi Chhillar.

A source close to the industry informed DNA that Sanjay Dutt shot for Shamshera after finishing his first round of treatment. The source said, "Yes, Sanjay Dutt has wrapped Shamshera. When we saw his car leave the premises of YRF yesterday, we knew that something was up and we have found out that he was at YRF to wrap his commitments for this project! It was a simple patchwork shoot for the film. Ranbir Kapoor had wrapped the film earlier and Sanjay just had two days of patchwork left which he has finished now."

Sanjay Dutt's wife, Maanayata Dutt, spoke about his condition earlier. "For those asking, Sanju will complete his preliminary treatment in Mumbai. We will formulate further plans of travel depending on how and when the Covid situation eases. As of now, Sanju is in the best hands of our esteemed doctors at Kokilaben hospital. I request everyone, with my folded hands, to stop speculating the stage of his illness and let the doctors continue to do their work. We will update you all regularly with his progress," she said.
