Sushant Singh Rajput Case: The late actor's driver reveals Sara Ali Khan and he stopped being in touch after Thailand trip

The CBI is investigating the demise of Sushant Singh Rajput. One of the first to give their statements has been Dhirendra Yadav, his driver. He was working with the actor from October 2018 to April 2019. He said that Sara Ali Khan and the late actor were good friends. He denied that Sara Ali Khan was a regular visitor to his farmhouse. He also said that she did not frequent his home. He said that Sara Ali Khan and he went together to promote Kedarnath on Bigg Boss. He told India TV, "She (Sara) used to not come home. They (Sushant and Sara) had gone to promote Kedarnath on Bigg Boss and that's when they traveled together."

His former Pro Team member, Samuel Haokip has told media outlets that Sara and Sushant were inseparable during the promotions of Kedarnath. He said that he looked the happiest with Sara. He said they shared a very loving yet respectful bond. He also spoke about how she was extremely courteous with his family members, staff and Pro Team people. In the month of December 2018, the two went on a trip to Thailand. The trip was made on a private jet. The actor's Pro Team members and staff were also there. It seems they stayed in a luxury resort. While the staff explored the area, these two preferred to be indoors.

He also reveals that Sara was not in touch with him as much as she was before the trip. He said, "Trip se aane ke baad, madam nahi thi saath mai. (After Thailand trip, madam wasn't there)." There were rumours that Amrita Singh was dead against their relationship, and hence it went kaput. He driver said the split might have happened post Sonchiriya. He told India TV, "Maybe around 10 days after the trip. Sonchiriya had released by then. I was on leave." This matches Haokip's statement of their breakup after the debacle of Sonchiriya.

He also denied that the late actor was dealing with drug addiction. He said, "No one used to take drugs when I was working. Everyone had a proper schedule. We used to go for shooting and even play tennis, cricket and other sports." Well, we have to see what unfurls after this!
