The Prom trailer: Meryl Streep, Nicole Kidman dance and shine in this adaptation of the Broadway show

The Prom trailer is out. Directed by Ryan Murphy and adapted to the screen by Chad Beguelin and Bob Martin, from their and Matthew Sklar's 2018 Broadway musical of the same name, the film stars Meryl Streep, James Corden, Nicole Kidman, Jo Ellen Pellman, Keegan-Michael Key, Andrew Rannells, Ariana DeBose, and Kerry Washington. Dee Dee Allen (Meryl Streep) and Barry Glickman (James Corden) are New York City stage stars. Their show is a big flow and to resurrect their careers, they come up with a plan, but even that backfires.

BL Verdict:

The story seems predictable. Will depend a lot on whether the journey is enjoyable.
