Bigil advance booking report: Thalapathy Vijay's film takes an earth-shattering start at the box office

Thalapathy Vijay and Nayanthara starrer Bigil is set to hit the screens this Friday and it seems that the fans of this megastar don't want to take any chance and miss the first-day-first show of the film as the sports drama has received an earth-shattering response from the audience in its advance booking report. Talking about the domestic market, we see Housefull boards on the cinema halls from many big centres like Madurai, Chennai, Tirchy, Coimbatore and others. The mega-budget venture is also releasing in over 45 countries, which includes Germany, France, Malaysia and others.

Since the film marks the reunion of director Atlee and Vijay after Mersal, the expectations are sky-high from the film. Nayanthara has worked with Vijay in Sivakasi and Villu in the past and this will be her third collaboration with the actor. While the film is still in the production process, it has already achieved a huge milestone by cracking the satellite rights deal with a leading channel worth Rs 50 crore. Well, this a huge price for a regional film and the superstardom of Thalapathy Vijay is definitely the reason behind it.
