Salman Khan on Dabangg 3: Usually, sequels don't fare as well as the first film, but this one should be the biggest of the lot

Yesterday, the trailer of the highly-anticipated Dabangg 3 was released by the makers and in no time it turned out to be a huge trend across all social media platforms. Once again the swag and style of kickass cop Chulbul Pandey aka Salman Khan won the audience's hearts and we are sure it will set new benchmarks at the box office. At the trailer launch, Salman said that he is very much confident about the film and was planning to do this film much earlier. "We had locked the story long back, but I wasn't able to do it due to other commitments. With every film, I try to give the audiences a little more than what I offered in my previous outing, in terms of comedy, action and drama. I have worked 10 times harder on this film." He further added, "Usually, sequels don't fare as well as the first film. But we have worked hard on this one. Dabangg 3 should be the biggest of the lot. It has lot more than just masala."

Mahesh Manjrekar's daughter Saiee is also making her Bollywood debut with Dabangg 3 and will be paired opposite Salman Khan in the prequel portions. Talking about it, producer Arbaaz Khan earlier said, "Saiee's scenes are in the prequel and we had gone through the entire process of trying to see who could fit the bill. She has the look that we required for Dabangg 3."

Directed by Prabhudheva, the film also stars Sonakshi Sinha Kichcha Sudeepa in key roles. It marks the second collaboration between Prabhudheva and Salman Khan after Wanted.
