War box office: Hrithik Roshan-Tiger Shroff's film enters the Rs 300 crore club!

Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff's film War enters the 300 Crore club. The actioner film which was front-lined by two of the most handsome action heroes of Bollywood has finally crossed the Rs 300 crore mark. The Siddharth Anand directorial War also features Vaani Kapoor, Anupriya Goenka, Ashutosh Rana, Dipannita Sharma, Soni Razdan, Swaroopa Ghosh, Arif Zakaria, Mohit Chauhan to name a few.

The Yash Raj presentation, War opened with flying colours at the box office. War had released on 2nd October on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. Alongside War were films like Joker and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. War easily managed to capture the audience and earn footfalls at the cinema halls. In its second week, War faced a competition with Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar starrer The Sky Is Pink but continued its dominance at the box office. And now, the film has officially entered the Rs 300 crore club.

Apparently that's just the tip, it is being said that the makers are planning to turn War into a franchise. The War franchise would be front lined by Hrithik Roshan himself. It is being said that Hrithik has also partnered up with YRF and hence he would have a share in the profits earned from the film. Talking about War, the film had been in making for a long time. Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff were signed on for the film two years ago. But director Siddharth Anand wanted it to be epic and holy-moly! that's how it has turned out to be!
