Salman Khan credits Dabangg 3's box office success to his fans; says, 'they have been very loyal to me'

Salman Khan's Dabangg 3 has turned out to be a money-spinner at the box office. The film, which released on December 20, has been faring well at the ticket windows with each passing day. Within just 5 days of its run at the box office, Dabangg 3 has crossed Rs. 100 crore mark and it has become Salman Khan's 15th consecutive film to enter the 100 crore club. The action-drama opened to good numbers, however, the film suffered losses because of the anti-CAA protests. Salman Khan acknowledged the same fact recently but he is unfazed by the loss. According to the superstar, Dabangg 3 is doing really well at the box office and it is remarkable.

In a group interview, he said, "In such troubled times, [for the film] to do well is remarkable. All the credit goes to the fans. And fans have been very loyal to me and they have gone [to see the film]. In North India, Section 144 was imposed, so those collections have not come. But they will go and see the film. I mean first, it is their security and then comes Dabangg 3. In other states, we have done pretty well."

Dabangg 3 will have the BEST soundtrack as compared to the previous two

The Dabangg franchise nearly completes a decade. Salman Khan reprised his role of Chulbul Pandey as did Sonakshi Sinha of Rajjo. Our critic gave 3.5 stars to Dabangg 3 and wrote, "Salman Khan, Salman Khan and Salman Khan. He's back just as how we love watching him, and sends us on a rollercoaster ride with each little mannerism to every punchline to his scene-stealing action sequences. Salman plays to the galley with gleeful abandon after ages, and reminds us why he's one of the world's most beloved superstars. Love him or hate him, you can't escape his infectious Dabangg charm in a role he was born to play not even a better actor can do justice to Chulbul Pandey."
