Aishwarya Sakhuja on five years of marriage with Rohit Nag: We had horrid experiences in the past two years [Exclusive]

TV actress Aishwarya Sakhuja recently completed five years of successful marriage with her husband, Rohit Nag. Amidst the times when relationships are crumbling, Aishwarya and Rohit are going strong together. However, the happy picture painted on social media isn't always true. Like all relationships and marriages, Aishwarya confesses that hers also went through a tumultuous phase. "5 years, just imagine. Wow!" Aishwarya exclaims when you mention it.

"Rohit and I have been together for 11 years," Aishwarya says. She further went on to speak about her marriage, "5 years of marriage has been very evolving for both of us. It has not always been La La. We had our shares of ups ad dows. All married couples go through the same or the other. But I feel Rohit and me, we have had such horrid time in the past two years, in terms of our personal and professional lives. I really hope the next five years are fun for us. From traveling to places to sitting at home and laughing at Kapil Sharma jokes I want our life to be more fun than the last two years."

Aishwarya posted a very beautiful picture on her fifth wedding anniversary, with an interesting caption. Her post drew parallels with the 5-year plan that the democracy looks up to. "I feel that the government, too, a lot of the times, question their own things and decisions. It's like a hit-and-trial thing. So, it was like the same for us."

Currently, Aishwarya Sakhuja is seen in Yeh Hai Chahatein, a spinoff of the very popular, Yeh Hai Mohabatatein. For the first time in her career, Aishwarya is playing a negative character. Ahana Khurana, a character played by Aishwarya, is the chief catalyst in the show.
