Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2: Tabu to RECREATE Vidya Bala's iconic song, 'Mere Dholna Sun'?

Bollywood News: Tabu has joined the star cast of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, which features Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani in lead roles. Tabu has left for Jaipur and she begins filming for the movie today. According to the latest development, the makers are recreating two famous from Bhool Bhulaiyaa (2007). One being Hare Ram Hare Ram and another one being Mere Dholna Sun. And we just hope the makers don't end up ruining these iconic tracks. Tabu is the one who will be grooving to the tunes of Mere Dholna Suna and recreate Vidya Balan's track. Even today, when we hear Mere Dholna Sun, we just imagine Vidya Balan and her dance steps. It will be hard for us to accept Tabu in the recreated version. Nevertheless, everybody deserves a chance and we aren't judging a book by its cover.

A source close to the development, told Mumbai Mirror, "In the recreated version, we will see Tabu performing on the same number. She's really excited and looking forward to it. Like the original, the music of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 too will be a chartbuster." The team of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 will shot in Jaipur for 10 days and the next schedule will take place in Lucknow. "Anees (director Anees Bazmee) and his team checked out a lot of Havelis before zeroing in on this one. The second schedule is expected to wrap up by mid-April. A small portion will be shot in Mumbai at a later date," the source added.

Talking about Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Anees Bazmee had earlier told Deccan Chronicle, "This is a completely different story. Besides the title, we have taken two songs from the original -- the title song and the Bengali song. The rest of the film is completely original."
