#DelhiRiots: Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhasker, Anurag Kashyap REACT to the violence in the capital city

It's inhuman, the attacks that are taking place in Delhi. The Delhi police had assembled to disperse the crowd gathered around the Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal's house. The crowd consisted of protestors from the Alumni Association of Jamia Millia Islamia (AAJMI) and Jamia Coordination Committee (JCC). They had surrounded Mr Kejrwal's house around midnight in order to appeal to the CM to take action against the violence-affected areas in North-East Delhi.

The Violence broke out in Jafrabad, Delhi due to the on-going clash between Anti-CAA and Pro-CAA protestors. It escalated over the weekend with massive stone-pelting in Maujpur and Brahampuri. The death toll has risen to 18 now from 13. Bollywood celebrities have reacted to the same. Taking to her social handle, Sonam Kapoor wrote, "Horrendous. Praying very hard."

Anurag Kashyap took to his Twitter handle and wrote, " PRO-CAA Anti-Muslim " Have a look at his tweet here:

Javed Akhtar too tweeted out saying, "the level of violence is being increased in Delhi . All the Kapil Mishras are being unleashed . An atmosphere is being created to convince an average Delhiite that it is all because of the anti CAA protest and in a few days the Delhi Police will go for " the final solution"." Here's his tweet:

Kritika Kamra tweeted, saying, "Please let's stop calling them pro CAA. Let's call them what they are - Anti Muslim. They don't give a damn about CAA.. they just hate the fact that Muslims have the same rights as them."

Vishal Dadlani took to his Twitter handle and wrote, "Anti-CAA protestors have been protesting for 2 months. There was no violence until each time the so-called "pro-CAA" groups showed up. Think." Here's his tweet:

Gauahar Khan also tweeted out, saying, "Where is this hate coming from ??? a scull cap , a bearded man , either bleeding or being branded a terrorist, but I ask , who r then these ppl with the sticks ???? No beard , No scull cap yet attackers , terrorising a non threatening man , making him bleed! #lynching #hating"

It's saddening to see the capital city burning. RIP the martyrs and praying for the recovery of the injured.
