Barun Sobti and Ridhi Dogra REVEAL why they said yes to Asur – watch exclusive video

Barun Sobti and Ridhi Dogra, who are pretty big on television,n have entered the digital world with the upcoming web series, Asur, which also features Arshad Warsi in a lead role. With serials like Dill Mill Gayye, Baat Hamari Pakki Hai, Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon and others, Barun has garnered a huge fan-following across the country. The actor loves to keep a low profile and is not on any social media platform. Despite that, he's foraying into the digital space, and when asked the reason behind it, he replied, "To be honest, the first time when I got a call from Tanveer (producer Tanveer Bookwala) he said he had a story on a serial killer and I was like, 'Okay, India mein this kind of stuff can happen, honestly? It doesn't. I was very sceptical going there but when I went and heard it, I was like, my word why do they want me for this?"

When Ridhi asked him why is saying that, Barun replied, "It was too good ya. For anyone who understands good content, there was no reason to turn this down in any consume."

When the same question was asked to Ridhi, she quoted, "I have always chosen to do good work over everything else. Even when I was in television and I had taken some time off and tested for it, bahot acha test hua, bahot dil se unhone mujhe scene bataya tha aur bahot (the test was very good, they narrated the scene with all their heart), acha lag raha tha (it felt good) just as an acting job to be able to do that aur phir, when it worked in it, I was more than happy." She also praised the crew for being so involved and excited for the series, which helped her to give her best.
