Hollywood Movies This Week: Bloodshot, My Spy

It's that time of the week when we update you about the Hollywood films which are slated to release this Friday. We're doing this so that you know your choices and make an informed decision, if at all you decide to watch any film/s. This week we have two Hollywood releases Bloodshot and My Spy. Intended to be the first installment in a series of films set within a Valiant Comics shared cinematic universe, Bloodshot is a superhero film based on the Valiant Comics character of the same name. On the other hand, My Spy is a 2020 American action comedy film which follows a CIA agent who must watch over a young girl after he is assigned to protect her family. So let's have a look at the new releases in detail.

Bloodshot

Director: David S. F. Wilson

Cast: Vin Diesel, Eiza Gonz lez, Sam Heughan, Toby Kebbell, Guy Pearce

Synopsis:

Ray Garrison was a soldier who was killed in action - until he was brought back to life as a superhero named Bloodshot by the RST corporation. The nanotechnology in his veins grants him super strength and the ability to heal, but the corporation controls his mind and memories. Ray can`t tell the difference between what is real and what isn't anymore, but he won't stop till he finds out.

My Spy

Director: Peter Segal

Cast: Dave Bautista, Chloe Coleman, Kristen Schaal, Ken Jeong

Synopsis:

A CIA operative finds his career on the line when his cover is blown by a nine-year-old girl during a surveillance operation. In exchange for her silence, he agrees to teach the precocious girl how to become a cool spy. The unlikely partnership will change both their lives for the better.
