Coronavirus pandemic: Salman Khan lauds Baba Siddique's 'Anna Daan' to the needy amidst Ramzan

Coronavirus pandemic is one major concern for every country right now. With the fast-spreading contagious pandemic, celebrities and the common man have been doing their bits by donating funds, safety kits, rations and other essentials things to the needy. And joining this noble cause is noted Indian politician, Baba Siddique and his son, Zeeshan. Salman Khan who is very close to the two, recently took to his social handle to laud Baba Siddique's efforts in helping the families in need of rations amidst lockdown.

It's Ramzan for the Muslim all over the globe and this generosity has not only won Salman Khan's heart but also all ours. Taking to his Twitter handle, The Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor tweeted out saying, "Baba and baba's baba zeeshan ne aan baan aur shaan se 1,25,000 families ko ration bataa hai. Now this is a challenge that one should be a part of.. Challenge 'Anna Daan'. Karo to khud ya kissi bharosemand ke through... @BabaSiddique @zeeshan_iyc. Talking about the COVID-19 cases in India, the number has crossed 30,000 with about 400 deaths. We are nearing the end of the second lockdown, but it is likely to be extended further either by PM Narendra Modi himself or by CM of Maharashtra, Uddhav Thackeray.

Meanwhile, the Bharat actor has been doing his bit by donating funds and providing food for the daily wage earners.
