Guess The Price! Deepika Padukone's polka-dot dress comes with a steep price tag

Although Deepika Padukone's Chhapaak, based on the life acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal, did not work well at the box office, her promotional style file for the film worked wonders with us and how! The actress shelled out some major fashion goals while promoting Chhapaak. And we could clearly see the Ranveer Singh effect on her dressing. Deepika seemed super comfortable wearing baggy clothes and she left us amazed by her cool look. However, for one of her promotional outings, Deepika was back in her element as she chose to wear simple black and white polka-dot dress. While her dress seemed to be extremely simple and pretty, its price tag left us baffled.

We were shocked to know that Deepika Padukone spent Rs. 76,767. Her loose-fitting polka-dot dress was by Paul and Joe's. And we would rather spend this amount on a foreign trip.

Recently, Deepika's stylist Shaleena Nathani had opened up on the actress's personal style. Talking to Mumbai Mirror, she had said, "Deepika's personal style is all about comfort from wearing what she feels confident in. If she doesn't like an outfit, she is awkward wearing it, no matter how well put-together it is. So, we usually have random trial sessions where we bookmark looks that we like, then, pick and choose from them depending on the outing. When she is on a flight, the outfit has to be functional yet make a style statement. Airport looks are practical with just one striking piece which elevates it without any fuss."

As far as the actress's work front is concerned, she will be seen in Kabir Khan's '83 with her husband, Ranveer Singh. In the film as well, she will be seen as his wife. Other than '83, DP has Shakun Batra's untitled film with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday.
