RRR: 'Jr. NTR and Ram Charan did not even take a minute to say yes,' reveals SS Rajamouli

After Baahubali franchise and KGF, SS Rajamouli's RRR is expected to be the next pan India blockbuster film. The motion poster and Ram Charan's introduction promo have turned out to be a blockbuster on social media and now all fans are waiting for this magnum to unfold on the silver screen. The addition of Bollywood biggies like Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt has given the film an upper hand, which will help the film to open with big numbers in the northern market in its Hindi dubbed version.

In the motion poster, we see Ram Charan as the element of fire and Jr NTR as water. When asked about this, SS Rajamouli replied, "Fire and Water are the two opposing elements. One can destroy the other. But if they come together and create steam, the force generated can run the motor of the world." The filmmaker hinted that they come together against the Britishers. The director also said that since the duo are good friends it was easy for him to bring them on board. "They didn't even take a minute to say yes," revealed the filmmaker.

Talking about Ajay Devgn's character, SS Rajamouli said, the actor exudes honesty and integrity and that's why he is the part of the part. The period drama, which is made on the insane budget of Rs 350 crore is set to hit the screens on January 8, 2021. While the film is almost 9 months away for its official release, the magnum opus has already started setting benchmarks as it breaks the pre-release business of India's biggest blockbuster Baahubali 2 (Also directed by SS Rajamouli) by a huge margin. All the rights of the films have been bought with record prices and the reports suggest that it has earned over Rs 400 crore from South India and overseas markets alone.
