Boney Kapoor shares a cute throwback pic to wish niece Sonam on her birthday but it's Arjun Kapoor's expression, which has grabbed Shabana Azmi's attention

Bollywood actress and fashionista, Sonam Kapoor is celebrating her 35th today and many celebs are posting beautiful wishes for the Neerja star on their social media accounts. Uncle Boney Kapoor is also in that list of celebs, who wished the actress with a cute throwback pic, where we see him along with Sonam, Arjun Kapoor and other kids on the beach. He captioned the pic, "Happy Birthday Beta, may god bless you with happiness - today and always. @sonamakapoor"

Undoubtedly, the pic is adorable but what grabbed our and Shabana Azmi's attention was the quirky expression of little Arjun Kapoor as the veteran actress wrote, "Pray what was @arjunkapoor thinking ?". On the work front, Arjun Kapoor will be next seen in Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar. The film was scheduled to release on March 20 but due to coronavirus, it got pushed ahead at the box office.

When asked whether the film will release on an OTT platform, Arjun Kapoor replied PinkVilla, "I'm not involved in the selling and buying of any of my films. My producers are more involved with that bit. That is a reality for certain films that might choose that path. I don't see anything wrong with that. Entertainment is a part of distraction in this reality which is very sad. We are supposed to make people happy and smile. As an artist, if you look at the purity of it right now, the medium is not important. Getting your material out there is important. And for that, if certain films have to be released on digital, I don't see anything wrong in it."

He also gave logical reasoning that big-budget films can't have an online release as he quoted, "Certain films can't afford to come on digital because their costs are too high and India doesn't have that subscription base. The masses are still not into consuming content digitally. When you talk about big money spinners like a WAR, Uri, Tanhaji or a Kabir Singh, you won't get those numbers from digital. Like a Sooryvanshi is cinematic, so you can't expect a film like that to come on digital. But that doesn't mean that every film will wait it out."
