Naagin 5: Paras Chhabra opens up on rumours of being shortlisted for Ekta Kapoor's supernatural TV show [Exclusive]

The upcoming show that is on everyone's lips is Naagin 5. Rumours are rife about the female and male casting of the show. While the names of many actresses are doing the rounds as the female main leads, actors like Shivin Narang, Asim Riaz and Paras Chhabra names too were in the news. BollywoodLife got in touch with Paras Chhabra who confirmed that he got a call from the production house. He said, "I did get a call from someone in the production house for Naagin 5. But there has been no communication after that. Let us see how it goes if they do approach me again." Paras Chhabra made it to the top six of Bigg Boss 13. With his good looks and swag, he has what is takes to be a part of the Naagin franchise.

The latest rumours doing the rounds is that Hina Khan and Surbhi Chandna have been finalised as the female leads. Ekta Kapoor feels this will be a huge step forward for the show as both these women have huge social media following. Yesterday, in a live chat on Twitter Hina Khan was asked about her participation on the show. She teased fans saying they always knew better than her. Hina Khan is also doing a web show Unlock: The Haunted App with Kushal Tandon for ALT Balaji.

Naagin 4 that had Nia Sharma, Vijayendra Kumeria and Jasmin Bhasin as the lead. Jasmin's character as Nayantara was bumped off within less than two months. Later, we saw the entry of Anita Hassanandani and Rashami Desai. Ekta Kapoor confessed that she did not pay much attention to the script this time and felt bad for these actors. Paras Chhabra will be seen in a music video with Meet Bros. Mahira Sharma is also a part of it. He has quite a few offers lined up as well.
