Sushant Singh Rajput no more: Actor's father KK Singh and relatives leave Patna for the final rites in Mumbai

In a shocking turn of events, actor Sushant Singh Rajput commited suicide at his Mumbai residence on Sunday. He was just 34. His demise has sent shockwaves all across the country. People cannot fathom how an actor who made it a name for himself from absolute scratch could feel so defeated that he decided to end his life. Sushant Singh Rajput hanged himself in his bedroom. It seems his sister informed his father in Patna. The bereaved man fell sick yesterday on hearing the news. Now, he along with a few relatives have left Patna for the last rites in Mumbai.

It seems the cremation will happen today. His elder sister has already flown from Chandigarh last Sunday along with her husband. Sushant Singh Rajput was the youngest of his five siblings. Now, his father KK Singh has left from Patna along with a relative, BJP MLA Niraj Kumar Singh 'Babloo' is also accompanying him. Fans will remember that Sushant Singh Rajput visited Bihar last year. He had gone to get his mundan done from the Manasa Devi Temple near Sultanganj. It was his late mother's wish. Sushant was very proud of his roots and even contributed for the state's flood relief.

There is gloom in his paternal home. People cannot believe why would Sushant do that. His father, KK Singh who lives alone would speak to his son on a daily basis. The actor's servant said that he was unwell since 10 days and was not speaking to anyone at all. There are reports of some financial crisis as well. Some people are linking his demise to the tragic death of former celeb manager, Disha Salian. It seems he took the news rather badly. Bollywood extends its condolences to his nearest and dearest ones.
