Sushant Singh Rajput suicide: Maharashtra Cyber Cell warns against circulation of pictures of the deceased's body

Yesterday, in a very disturbing development some pictures of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's dead body from his bedroom went viral on social media. We could see a couple of cops as well in the picture. Sushant Singh Rajput wearing a black tee and grey tee was lying on the bed. The strangulation marks on his neck were visible in the picture. Needless to say, social media slammed the circulation of the pictures. People have demanded strict action against those who leaked them in the first itself. Under no circumstances, do such pictures get out in the public domain. People have complained that how even kids have seen the pictures.

The actor passed away on Sunday when he committed suicide by hanging himself in his bedroom. It seems Sushant last spoke to his sister at nine am. There is a sense of shock and disbelief all around. Back home in Patna, his relatives had rallied around his father, KK Singh who lived alone.

Maharashtra Cyber has taken to its official handle to slam the circulation of the pictures in a series of tweets.

A disturbing trend has been observed on Social Media platforms by Maharashtra Cyber that pictures of deceased actor Shri. Sushant Singh Rajput are being circulated, which are disturbing and in bad taste. (1/n)

Several celebs expressed their fury over the development. Anubhav Sinha said that there were some people in the media who had lost all sense of conscience. Farah Khan, Rithvik Dhanjani, Shruti Seth and others requested that Sushant be given some dignity in his death. In a horrific thing, media people did not spare his distraught father either. He collapsed after hearing the news but they were at his place taking bytes. It is downright disgusting. BollywoodLife extends its deepest condolences to the family!
