Throwback Thursday: When Alia Bhatt made Ranbir Kapoor blush by publicly expressing her love — watch video

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are one of the most loved couples in Bollywood and as admirers, we still remember the moment when the duo made it official while attending the wedding of Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja together. Post which we saw the duo grabbing headlines with their frequent spotting and vacations, but one of the most beautiful moments of the couple, which still makes us smile is the Filmfare Awards 2018, when Alia Bhatt publicly expressed her love for Ranbir Kapoor and made him blush.

After bagging the trophy for the Best Actress for her performance in Raazi, and thanking her cast and crew, she said, "Tonight's all about love. Last but not the least, my special one. Thank you for making my heart smile and my eyes shine. I love you." These beautiful words made Ranbir Kapoor's cheeks red and made Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, who were sitting next to Ranbir Kapoor, beam from ear to ear. Interestingly, Ranbir bagged the prestigious Best Actor award for his portrayal of Sanjay Dutt in Rajkumar Hirani's Sanju.

On the professional front, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt will next be seen in Director Ayan Mukerji's action-adventure-fantasy venture, Brahmastra. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Dimple Kapadia and Mouni Roy in pivotal roles. The Shahenshah of Bollywood, who has collaborated with Ranbir for the first time, earlier praised RK in an interview, saying, "His face is God's blessing. He doesn't seem to make any effort to convey emotions whereas I've to constantly struggle to express myself and ask the director to help me."

The film is produced by Dharma Productions and Fox Star Studios and is scheduled to release on December 4. It marks the third collaboration between Ranbir Kapoor and Ayan Mukerji after Wake Up Sid and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. So, are you excited for this venture? Tweet to us @bollywood_life
