Breaking! Rhea Chakraborty to apply for interim bail after FIR lodged by Sushant Singh Rajput's father KK Singh

The tragic demise of Sushant Singh Rajput on June 14 left the nation shocked and saddened. Now, the case has got murkier. The late actor's father KK Singh has filed an FIR at the Patna Police Station levelling some serious allegations on Rhea Chakraborty. It seems the Jalebi actress will apply for interim bail. She is being represented by advocate Satish Manshinde. He is one of the most expensive criminal lawyers of India. The actor's lawyer Anandini Fernandes met up with her last night. They had a conversation that lasted for three hours. KK Singh has alleged that Rhea Chakraborty distanced Sushant Singh Rajput away from his family. The case has been filed at the Rajendra Nagar Police Station. His father has said that she allegedly took away cash and jewellery from Sushant's home when she left him on June 8, 2020. It seems she had blackmailed him saying that she will make his medical reports public, which left him distressed.

This is not all. KK Singh has alleged that she sacked Sushant Singh Rajput's most trusted bodyguard on March 22. This happened just before the lockdown was imposed. We know that Mumbai Police has evidence of her spending from his credit card. Rhea Chakraborty had apparently gone to Europe for an advertisement shoot last year, and all her expenses apart from the ticket was borne by Sushant. The entire Chakraborty family has been booked along with Sushant Singh Rajput's manager, Shruti Modi. The FIR has several sections of the Indian Penal code 306 (abetment to suicide). 342 (wrongful confinement), 380 (theft), 406 (criminal breach of trust), 420 (cheating), 506 (criminal intimidation), 120 (criminal conspiracy).

They have been charged under the Mental Health Care Act as well for the narrative of depression and administering drugs without the consent of the family. They have alleged that Sushant was given depression treatment and people were told it was for dengue.
