The Kapil Sharma Show: Kapil Sharma and company to resume the shoot from mid-July; THIS star can be the first guest

As we saw many serials and films resuming their shoots, popular comedy program, The Kapil Sharma Show, which is hosted by comedian Kapil Sharma, will resume their production process in mid-July. A source close to the Kapil Sharma team told Mumbai Mirror, "The team has already started prep to resume shooting by mid-July. The scripts and gags for multiple episodes have been locked and the entire team of artistes, including Kapil, Krushna Abhishek, Bharti Singh, Chandan Prabhakar and Kiku Sharda, has been rehearsing through virtual conferencing. While Archana Puran Singh will be back as the judge, the gags, like always, will be situational with the current scenario becoming an integral part of the humour."

Talking about guests, actor Sonu Sood might be one of the first celebs to arrive on the show, who won our hearts by sending many migrant workers to their homes on his own finances. The team wants to acknowledge and appreciate the noble work of the Simmba actor, who has been working day and night in the situation of crisis. "Sonu loves Kapil and is keen to be on the show. Talks are also on with other A-list actors," said the source. However, there will be a change due to the COVID-19 effect as the team will work with less crew and will follow all guidelines including thermal screening, social distancing, sanitisation and others. It will also have a medical team on the set.

Unlike earlier, where there used to be a segment between audience and celebs, show will introduce a new segment as there will be no live audience due to the ongoing situation.
