Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 Climax Promo: Komolika to stab Prerna with a knife? - watch video

It is indeed a sad time for fans of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 and Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke. Both the show are going off air when they had more potential. Now, the makers have unveiled the climax promo of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. It is a journey of the love story of Anurag (Parth Samthaan) and Prerna (Erica Fernandes). The promo showcases the painful separation of the lovebirds, and how they reunited after eight years. In the promo, we can see that Komolika (Aamna Sharif) coming to kill Prerna (Erica Fernandes) for once and for all. Aamna is looking very glamorous in a blue jumpsuit. We can also see Karan Patel and little Sneha, who is the daughter of Anurag and Prerna.

It seems the show makers decided to pull the plug after leading man, Parth Samthaan said that he wanted to quit to focus on his health, and Bollywood debut. There were rumours that he is going to be seen in Gangubai Kathiawadi along with Alia Bhatt. However, it seems the news is incorrect. He is now in Goa vacationing after the final schedule got over. Erica Fernandes on the other hand was wary of shooting on the sets due to the coronavirus scare. The actress was living alone as she feared for her elderly parents. A source told Ahmedabad Times, "Neither wants to play parents on screen. Also, the show wasn't getting the expected ratings. So, Ekta has finally decided to pull the plug."

Pooja Banerjee told the Hindustan Times, "We have shot a balanced ending. Not too sad or happy. We decided yesterday to party. We are having discussions also but this Covid ya! We don't know if it will be good or bad to party. Because of Covid-19, we can't have a wrap up party. Even at someone's house, we don't know which building has restrictions. We don't want to risk it. We decided everything on the group and cancelled it."
