Radhe, Sooryavanshi or '83: Which film are you most excited about to watch in theatres? — Vote now

The pandemic crisis of COVID-19 has led to the shutdown of theatres from past six months. While we are seeing cinema halls getting reopened in the international markets, looking at the critical current scenario in India, we can't expect the same thing. Due to Coronavirus, many filmmakers have chosen to take a digital route and we saw many ventures like Sadak 2, Gulabo Sitabo 2, Shakuntala Devi and others directly releasing on OTT platforms. Though there are big tickets, which are meant for cinematic experiences and will release in theatres only. Well, we have a list of that and would like to know, out of these, which one makes you most excited. So, here are they...

Sooryavanshi

Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif starrer Sooryavanshi, which is directed by the blockbuster filmmaker Rohit Shetty, garnered a thunderous response for its trailer. The film was scheduled to release in March but got delayed due to COVID-19. The commercial entertainer also stars Gulshan Grover, Kumud Mishra, Jackie Shroff, Nikitin Dheer, Jaaved Jaaferi in supporting roles with cameos from Ajay Devgn as Singham and Ranveer Singh as Simmba.

'83

The makers of Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Pankaj Tripathi's sports drama are planning to release the film during the Christmas weekend. The Kabir Khan directorial will narrate the heroic journey of the Indian cricket team en route to winning the 1983 World Cup. While Ranveer is portraying the role of Kapil Dev, Deepika Padukone is playing his wife, Romi Dev.

Laxmmi Bomb

While Laxmmi Bomb was supposed to release on an OTT platform, there are speculations that makers are now opting for a theatrical release as it features Akshay Kumar in the lead role. Directed by Raghava Lawrence, it also features Kiara Advani in a key role.

Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai

Salman Khan's action entertainer, which was scheduled to release during the Eid weekend, got delayed due to COVID-19 crisis. The Prabhudheva directorial venture also features Disha Patani, Randeep Hooda and Jackie Shroff in pivotal roles.

Brahmastra

The action-adventure fantasy drama, which boasts the ensemble cast of Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Mouni Roy and Dimple, is slated to release on December 4. While there are reports that the post-production of the film is happening in an international studio, we have to wait for the official announcement from the makers.
