Woah! Shah Rukh Khan joins Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan's Brahmastra

Tomorrow is Shah Rukh Khan's birthday and the actor has already given an advance treat to his fans as the latest news of him will surely make you jump with joy. The King of Romance is set to have a cameo in Karan Johar's upcoming mega-budget production venture Brahmastra, which stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, Dimple Kapadia and Nagarjuna Akkineni in key roles. A source close to the film told Mumbai Mirror, "It's a guest appearance but Shah Rukh plays a pivotal role in taking Ranbir's journey forward. He has already allotted his dates for his portions and will shoot before the year-end." Interestingly. this is the second film after Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, SRK is playing a cameo in Ranbir Kapoor's movie.

The source also said that only Shah Rukh Khan could have played this cameo. "Shah Rukh himself likes Ayan's work and immediately agreed to the cameo. And like everyone else's in the film, even SRK's character has the mythological touch." Well, watching stars like Big B, SRK and Ranbir in one frame will definitely be a huge treat for all fans. Amitabh has collaborated with Ranbir for the first time. The cine icon earlier praised Ranbir in an interview by saying that "His face is God's blessing. He doesn't seem to make any effort to convey emotions whereas I've to constantly struggle to express myself and ask the director to help me."

Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the film is produced by Dharma Productions and Fox Star Studios and is releasing in Summer 2020.
