Shivaleeka Oberoi refutes engagement news with Naamkarann actor Karam Rajpal, says, 'I am very much single'

In a shocking report, Shivaleeka Oberoi has refuted the reports of her engagement with TV actor Karam Rajpal. In an interview with Mumbai Mirror, Oberoi, who will be soon making her Bollywood debut with Yeh Saali Aashiqui, said that the reports of her engagement were "hoax" and she also went on to claim that she is not in relationship with Karam and they are just close friends. Talking about her Roka ceremony, Shivaleeka said, "That was a hoax. Everyone had very high hopes about us, but we were and continue to be close friends. I am very much single."

For the unversed, on January 15 2018, the two had an intimate Roka ceremony. They posted the pictures on their Instagram, which happened to have been removed now. Karam, who is best known for Naamkarann, had also written a caption which confirmed their Roka. The caption read, "Duniya ne bahut 'roka', but no power in the world could stop me from making you mine, forever! ?? ?#SealedTheDeal #ShivaleeKaram #RokaCeremony." Meanwhile, sharing another picture from the same event, Shivaleeka had also written, "Sealed with a kiss. ? #15thJan2018."

Both posts have been removed from their Instagram accounts. Well, with so much of proof out there, Shivaleeka calling the engagement a mere hoax makes us frown.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shivaleeka has also bagged her second film opposite Vidyut Jamwal. The actress will be seen in Khuda Hafiz, talking about the same she said, "I was determined to have a second film in my hand before my first release. So, as soon as I completed Yeh Saali Aashiqui, I started auditioning. Kumar (Mangat) sir showed immense faith in me as a producer by investing in an actor who he has yet to see on screen."
