BL Predicts: Tiger Shroff to deliver 2020's biggest opener with Baaghi 3

Well, this Friday we will see one of the biggest Bollywood releases in the form of Tiger Shroff, Shraddha Kapoor, Riteish Deshmukh and Ankita Lokhande starrer Baaghi 3. The action franchise has grown big over the years and by looking at the lavish scale of the latest instalment, we are sure that this film will be a huge crowd-puller at the ticket windows. Apart from the action-packed promo, the music has also worked pretty much in favour of the makers.

The film is primarily targeted to mass centres and tier 2 and tier 3 single screens' audience, who don't go by reviews to watch these kind of movies as they are high on masala and commercial elements. By analysing the current buzz and scenario, we are expecting Baaghi 3 to earn between Rs 22-25 crore on its first day. With these numbers, it will become the biggest opener of the year beating Ajay Devgn's Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, which had collected Rs 15.10 crore on its first day. It will also emerge as Tiger's solo-highest opener of all-time, keeping War aside.

The film has a strong chance to enter the Rs 100 crore club in its opening weekend or in 4 days, which will make Baaghi 3 the fastest entrant of this elite club in 2020. Well, if the film strikes a chord with its target audience, we can surely expect it to be a blockbuster at the ticket windows. The film is directed by Baaghi 2 helmer Ahmed Khan and also features Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma in supporting characters. It is produced under the banners of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Fox Star Studios.

We also have another release this Friday - Sanjay Mishra's Kaamyaab. While the film has been backed by Shah Rukh Khan and has garnered positive reviews from the critics, due to no hype and buzz, it will struggle at the box office and might open around Rs 50 lakh to Rs 1 crore at the ticket windows.
