Coronavirus pandemic: Salman Khan takes his Khan-daan to the Panvel farmhouse amidst 21 days lockdown

A day before yesterday Honourable Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi announced a nationwide lockdown in the country for 21 days. This call came up in the wake of the fast-spreading coronavirus that has brought the whole world to a standstill and is killing people every day. Being in quarantine has become a necessity and even celebrities are at home, trying to find something to do with ample free time on their hands. With production coming to a halt everyone is in self-isolation. Superstar Salman Khan who was to shoot for Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, when learned that a nation-wide lockdown is being put in order, he whisked his entire family to their Panvel farmhouse.

Salman Khan has always been a family person. And what better way to spend time with family? A source close to the development of the same told Mumbai Mirror, "He was to shoot for (the Prabhudheva-directed action-thriller) Radhe in Mumbai till the month-end, but when the shoot was cancelled, he rushed off to the farmhouse, his favourite place when he is not working."

And that's not it, Arpita, Aayush, Ahil and Ayat have joined Salman and the whole Khan-daan there. "Salman is fond of kids and wants to spend time with Arpita, Aayush and their kids Ahil and Ayat (who shares her birthday with her actor-uncle)," the source told the daily further.

For the last two years, Salman had been shooting for Race 3, Dabangg 3, Bharat and Radhe. Each of the films had a 100 days schedule plus a month-long promotional event. The source revealed that Salman only took holidays during his birthday and New Year's Eve. There's a big in-house gym, which has ensured that Salman's workout regimen is not interrupted. He goes on impromptu treks in the area around. Since the property is spread across acres of land, there are dirt bikes, ATVs, bullets and jeeps to get around the premises. Sometimes, he also goes out to harvest fresh fruits and vegetables. Everyone is served home-cooked food made with in-house farm produce," the source told Mirror.

Salma Khan and Salim Khan are still in their Bandra house as it wasn't advisable for them to travel with so many people around.
