Sushant Singh Rajput case: Police sources say father, sister did not name Rhea Chakraborty during questioning

The death of Sushant Singh Rajput has been one of biggest tragedies in Bollywood in recent times. Almost two months are over but the public is demanding a CBI probe in the matter. Yesterday, the case took on a totally new turn. Sushant Singh Rajput's family has appointed Vikas Singh as the lawyer. He has made quite a few startling revelations yesterday. He said that the family was being pressurized by the Mumbai cops to name people from production houses when they felt they were irrelevant to the case. Vikas Singh said on February, Sushant Singh Rajput's father KK Singh called up Bandra Police Station saying that he feared for his son's life. Now, in a report in Mumbai Mirror, a police source has said that Sushant Singh Rajput's father KK Singh nor his sister Meetu made any reference to Rhea Chakraborty in their statements.

A cop on the condition of anonymity told Mumbai Mirror, "Not only did she not mention Rhea on the day of Sushant's death and then again in her signed statement, she also did not respond to the several requests by the investigating team to appear for recording of more detailed statement. The officer said the FIR in Bihar is an attempt to range police forces of two states against each other and get the case, eventually, transferred to the CBI."

It seems KK Singh met Joint Commissioner Of Police, Vinay Kumar Chaubey at the end of June to ask his help in getting Sushant Singh Rajput's flat vacated. They said that they called his sister Meetu Singh for questioning on numerous occasions but she said she was busy. A team of four cops have come from Bihar to investigate the case. It seems they went to Rhea Chakraborty's residence but she was absconding from there.
